Secrets of Survival is reader-supported. Some links are affiliate links, which means the site may receive a commission if you make a qualifying purchase. The retailer’s normal price does not increase because you used our link.
Amazon Associates disclosure

What the commission does—and does not—mean
Affiliate revenue helps pay for hosting, research, maintenance, tools, and new content. It does not buy a positive review or guarantee that a product appears in a guide. Recommendations should still explain the evaluation method, important drawbacks, appropriate user, and whether the product was physically tested.
A retailer link is a convenient option, not a command to buy. Local stores, direct manufacturers, specialist dealers, used equipment, borrowing, renting, or no purchase at all may be better choices. Compare current price, seller, warranty, model, and delivery terms before ordering.
Other commercial relationships
If the site joins another affiliate program, accepts a product sample, publishes sponsored work, or has another material commercial relationship, that relationship should be disclosed where it can affect the reader’s judgment. Sponsored material will be identified as such.
ClickBank links are not currently used. Old ClickBank links have been removed from published content while that account is inactive.
How commercial pages are evaluated
